Emails from the server are going to Junk box

Hello All,

I have configured Group Email and Task Assignment notifications for my process.  It is working fine.  But my problem is, the group email notification is going to my junk box instead of inbox.  Why this weird behavior? Some reminnder notifications are also going to junk box.

As the message is going to junk box, its loosing its formating and just displaying as text message.

Please guide me

This is probably the way your mail client is setup.

I don't believe this is related to LiveCycle.

Hello All,

You are correct Jasmin.  Just now i came to know about that and i have resolved the problem also.

Solution:

     Just go to Junk box, select the mail as 'Not Junk', it will pop-up a message stating whether to trust emails from that address in future. You can select 'Yes' and click OK. . Thats all and in future all the message from that address will come to your normal inbox.
