Email Issue

I have created a standard button with mailto as the submit option, but when it opens a new email in Lotus Notes, the following is automatically entered in the To: Box

The form is submitted as a PDF.

Is there anyway to overcome this?

Hi,

this happens if the form is directly opened from an email attachment.

Then the file will be stored to the temp folder with a weird temporally file name.

This file name will be used when the form is returned to you via mail.

To get rid of this behavior  the form needs to be saved on hard drive before filling it.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply but even after saving the form, it still puts the same Text in the To: Box, so whether it is something to do with Lotus Notes or whether you can create some code to overwrite this I am not sure.
