Could someone Help please!!! Abode livecycle designer issue

I have produced my own form but can't seem to make it calculate a total.

I need Travel method  costs + Accom Costs + numericfield3[0] upto [8] + numericfield3[10] upto [19]

totalling in the green total cost box.....

I have tried all sorts of things and have come to the conclusion it is beyond me...

could someone help me please..

Without seeing it makes it a bit hard to help.
