Collecting Form Responses

Avatar

Level 1

I am have been testing the distribution and collection process using an Adobe form. When I click submit on the test form, an email pops up with the attached Adobe form for me to press send and submit. When my co-worker does it, the email is automatically queued and sent from her Outlook.

Why is there a difference in this process? Is there a way to make the submission process consistent?*

It could be a couple of reasons:

Different versions of Adobe or Outlook: Does your co-worker have Adobe Reader, and you have Adobe Acrobat?

Different settings in Outlook or Adobe.

If you need a consistent way to collect submission data from PDF forms, check out PDFEmail.net.

www.pdfemail.net

PDFEmail.net doesn't require 3rd party e-mail software such as OUTLOOK.

PDFEmail.net works with Adobe Reader users.
