Can't save & sign with Adobe Reader

I have created an interactive form in Adobe Livecycle Designer ES version 8.2.1 that includes interactive fields that requires plain text, and e-signature fields.  When the form is opened with the latest version of Adobe Reader the form cannot be saved if the fields have text input, and the e-signature is not an option at all.  When opened with Adobe Pro these issues do not arise.  I need to post it on our intranet so that the top portion of the form can be completed, saved, and then emailed to another party for approval, who would then sign the form, save it, and email it to me.  Is there a way to save my form in Livecycle so that anyone with Adobe Reader can fill-in the form, sign it, and save it?

Yes, If the form is Reader Extended using Adobe LiveCycle - then any user with Adobe Reader would be able to fill-in the form, sign it and save it.

Thank you...How would I add Reader Extended?

It depends on which version of Acrobat Pro you have. In Acrobat 9 (and I think below) it is under Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe Reader. In Acrobat X it is under File > Save as...

Pls go through this forum thread http://forums.adobe.com/message/5100741#5100741

It has clear details on how to apply usage rights using Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extension service
