Submit Email comes back as dreamweaver

I'm attempting to create a form I can email to clients and when I test it by sending it to myself I can only open it in Dreamweaver and not the pdf form itself.

Same problem with me. I must have set DreamWeaver as the default application for .xml files, which is what the attached form is. It shows as a page of code, and no Design or Page View seems available.



But it's only 1KB or so in size. What happened to the form which is a 117KB PDF?
