drop-down list with external data connection

I'm new on Adobe LiveCycle Designer 7



I did add on my form a drop-down list connected to a database.



When I view the form the first record is shown but I can't click on the drop-down list to show the rest of the data.



What I'm doing wrong? is it the drop-down list setting. do I need to add code on the click event? I code is needed where can I find an example of code.
