Hello,

I've been trying to use

app.execMenuItem("Close")

or

myDoc = event.target;

myDoc.closeDoc(true);

when a user is not on Reader 8 or more. But each time I open the form from Reader7, it closes the document but then crash with "Adobe Reader 7.0 encouter a problem.... send or do not send" and the another windows pop-up saying that the memory cannot be read. And this is what happens on every computer I tried that had Reader 7.0. What should I use then to close the document??

Thanks
