Adding Separate Attachements

I have a scenario, wherein we have a form and the end user might need to attach some files (mainly .txt files) to the form and then submit the form. Can we use the "Attachment" button in the toolbar to for this? can we send these attachments along with the xml data file that is generated when we submit the form?



I am using "Submit by email" button for submitting and want the .txt file to be in the same email as an attachment.
