Achieving full paper width with headers

Hi all,



This may be a stupid question, but I've been designing forms in Designer for a while now, and have gotten to the point where I want to use an image as a header and have it fit to the boundaries of the paper size I'm working in as opposed to the preset bounding box. I've explored all the margin options and paper sizes I could think of, to no avail

You can put this image at Master Page, so your header will appear in all pages.
