emailing from a Adobe Form

Here is what I would like to do.

Build a PDF form that, when a user clicks submit, it shoots that information into an email application (outlook, express, etc)in the text field of the email.

Example:

In the form:

username :user

email: user@email.com

Submit

And when the user clicks submit, it opens an email with this in the text field

User at email address user@email.com would like to have this done.

Thank you

Is this possible with the Livecycle form creator?

Open the form in Livecycle

Show Window /Library/ and Object pallets

Drag a button from the pallet

Change the control type to submit

On the submit tab

Submit to URL: mailto:xx@xx.xxx

Change the submit as to PDF

Save

Open the form in Acrobat Pro

Select advanced

Click enable usage right in Adobe Reader

Save
