Where all do we use AI and GenAI (separately) in AEP and its native products (CJA, CDP and AJO)?
Some documentation is mixing up AI and Gen AI.

There are the following AI and GenAI capabilities:
1. AI Assistant (AEP Core / RT-CDP / CJA) AI Assistant uses natural language prompts to help you: Ask questions about your data, Get product knowledge and operational insights and many other.

2. Customer AI (Intelligent Services in AEP) : Customer AI is an predictive service in AEP that generates individual customer propensity scores, such as the likelihood to: Convert, Churn, Perform another defined business action
It is part of Adobe Intelligent Services and enriches Real-Time Customer Profile for segmentation, personalization, and activation.

3. Attribution AI (Intelligent Services in AEP): Attribution AI uses to assign data-driven attribution credit across customer touchpoints, helping measure the impact of channels and interactions on conversion outcomes.

4. Generative AI for Email Content in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Adobe Journey Optimizer includes Generative AI capabilities via the AI Assistant for content creation, such as: Email subject lines and preheaders, Email body content, Content variations for experimentation
This capability is specific to Journey Optimizer content authoring and is powered by Adobe’s generative AI.
