I currently have my schema and dataset enabled for Profile, and I can see the profiles in the Profile Viewer with valid email addresses, so they are contactable via Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
My understanding is that the next step is to create an audience in AEP and then use that audience in AJO to reach my customers through a Campaign.
However, I’m facing an inconsistency when creating an audience.
When I preview the audience, I see profiles such as:
First name: Andrés
Last name: Hernandez
The issue is that this record does not exist in the dataset I uploaded. My dataset only contains records like:
Omar Gonzales
Ana Perez
Carlos Ramos
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Could this be related to Profile merge policies, existing data in the sandbox, or identity stitching?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Here is what I expected to see in the audience preview:

When creating the audience, check the merge policy in use, and also, make sure the rules you use when creating the audience are specific enough. if not, you will see other results, and not what you expect.

Cannot edit the question, but the user that was uploaded by me, was created by another operator.
However, question remains, how to create an audience, segment with the users I uploaded to send it to AJO?
