Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection

I'm working on a site that has the Adobe Tags embed code for the dev library on it.  However, in the Debugger, under Experience Platform Tags, the details of the dev library are shown in the summary at the top, but nothing is appearing under Configuration > Page Embed Codes.  The Adobe Tags code is ...
