Getting all 'Decision Scopes' under Decision section dynamically via API

I need some advice on getting all 'Decision Scopes' under the Decision section dynamically without adding multiple Decision Scopes IDs manually.

Example: If one Decision has 4 'Decision Scopes' then all should have come without adding 4 scope IDs and in the future, if one more 'Decision Scope' is added then it should be part of the API response(5 scope IDs should be received)

Kindly advice.

I haven't used decision scopes extensively myself, so I can't help here.
