Hi,      I feel like that direct call rule and custom event does the same thing. Can anyone explain the main key difference?

I am trying to map new data to an already existing attribute in the dataflow but I am getting the errors shown in the images.I have added a primary key attribute in the dataflow while creating it. 

After creating new library in Event Forwarding I can't "create Rule" or "Add Library" and more.All permission which available in company I have.Maybe somebody can help to find a solution.
