App Crashes in Adobe?

I am having an understanding question due to crashes.

For example I have the following behaviour

Launch 1 (Visit 1) --> App version 1  -->page a --> crash

Launch 2 (visit 1) --> app version 2

How is Adobe counting the crashes for this case?

A) crash 1 for launch 2 and app version 2, visit 1

b) crash 1 --> app version 1, launch 1 and visit 1

Plus is it somehow possible combining crashes with the page where it occured? how?
