After clearing browser history - discrepancy in launch call

After clearing browser history - discrepancy in adobe launch call values, and after some time it get backs to normal when visiting other pages, can anyone help and or recommend?

Hi Navdeep, I'm afraid there isn't enough information here for the community to help troubleshoot your issue. In addition, we'd probably need access to your Launch instance to figure out what the issue is.

Have you created a ticket with Customer Care yet? That would likely be the best avenue to get you back up and running.
