Hello there,
I am experiencing a problem with a workflow.
The workflow is a simple publish workflow which has 2 steps:
- Enter description (Initiator Chooser Process) and
- Review change (Participant Step).
Step 2 is assigned to the group "Company." Company has 2 members, the groups "Region 1" and "Region 2." Each Region group has 2 subgroups e.g. Region 1 - Managers and Region 1 - Approvers. Each subgroup has 1 user.
Now, in the workflow inbox, when the user chooses to complete step 1, aka "Enter description," the Next Step drop-down displays the next step "Review change" multiple times for each group and user. When I say multiple times, I mean WAY more than is expected. Here's what I see:
- Review change (Company)
- Review change (Region 1)
- Review change (Region 1 - Manager)
- Review change (Region 1 - Manager User)
- Review change (Region 1 - Manager User)
- Review change (Region 1 - Manager)
- Review change (Region 1 - Manager User)

How do I fix this i.e. remove the duplicate groups and users?
