How to fix "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'registerLayer')" in Authoring?

While authoring in 'Adobe Experience Manager 2024.9.17689.20240905T073330Z-240800' cloud, it's giving 'Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'registerLayer')'.

The error is getting in touch-ui authoring js(Click attach images). How should I solve it?

I would look in the basecode for any custom clietlib that might extend core functionality by using one of the AEM's clientlib categories, like cq.authoring.editor.* or granite.ui.*. Maybe you have some clientlib that interferes with ootb clientlibs abdbreaks something.

Are LayerManager and msm.Layer objects are correctly initialized before calling registerLayer.
