problem in checking certain component in authoring.

I saw above thread, changed code. then I thought I can check certain component and do rollout only for selected component
but the problem is that I checked certain component and select radio button rollout selected components. then alert message appeared.
I don't know why this happen and to prevent this from happening , what i should make changes in code?
what is really weird is that when I enter geometrixx site demo page.
its components dosen't like mine, it dosen't have edit bar with checkbox.
anyway, when I select component by clicking it and do rollout selected componts, it works.
why would this happen and why can't i do same thing in editbar?
