Disabling Assets in AEM

Hi Community,

our Customer didn't purchase an Assets-License when he ordered an AEM to use on-premise. In the documentation https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/administer/content/assets/medialibrary.html it notes, that there should be a package in the package share, but I couldn't find it.

Please be as kind and provide me some tips on where I could find this package.

Hi Herbert,

I believe the doc is in error here, I'll have it fixed up.

We have versions for 6.0 and 6.1. For 6.2 I believe we'll need to build a new package, please log an issue via the AEM portal for this.

I have informed documentation team as well.

In meanwhile i would request you to please follow what Mark stated to create a daycare ticket for this and do let community knows once you have solution from them.
