How can we download Service packs for AEM older and new versions?
No more Package Share and cannot see "Software Distribution". I'm seeing this when i login :

Looks to be your id is not enabled for organizations experience cloud, check with your organization support or Adobe support.
You should see the below screen if you have the required access

this is my understanding
Either our personal adobe id needs to be associated to an organization? or Should every user create a new Adobe Id using their org email? user should have Adobe Id through the organization email
And then the organization needs to allow "Software Distribution" to that Adobe ID ? yes
And will this be different for Consulting companies (implementing AEM) and Customer (using AEM) - Consulting companies part of the Solution partner program can enable the access to the employees through organization email

Once you get access then please let me know which ones you need, I will make sure they are published in the software distribution site for you and others to download.
Thanks,
Andrew
