How to connect Adobe ID with experience cloud.? any ideas?

I tried to enter experience cloud but showing a message as "It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts. Please get in touch with your Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support."1-error-adobe-id-not-linked-with-adve-cloud.png

Please have a look at this: https://helpx.adobe.com/marketing-cloud/how-to/first-time-setup.html

Steps
  1. Sign in to the Adobe Experience Cloud as a system admin.
  2. Assign admin roles to other users in your organization.
  3. Follow up with the new admins to make sure that they have the information they need. ...
  4. Create product profiles. ...
  5. Create user groups and add users....
