Unable to export Experience Fragments to Adobe Target. It used to be working fine, but it stopped working lately.
I have verified users have enough and required permissions and also followed Adobe doc[1] to troubleshoot

It looks like Permission issue only. As you mentioned you have validated these steps as well
So you can check if any maintenance activity going on which is impacting API call at https://status.adobe.com/
else you can react out to Adobe Support to check if any open issue is there.

Check whether the API created in admin console is having sufficient access to target workspace.
