CQ Dispatcher adding underscore with random alphabets

Hi Team,

we are facing an issue where the dispatcher is saving two same files with like below

• fileName.html
• fileName.html_QACDHsdb

and it is doing all the time and creating these again and again.

Any pointers would be great.

I am checking with support to see if they have seen this before. I have personally not heard of this situation.

Thanks a lot Scott for checking. Just to let you know if we compare the file, the one with underscore are like incomplete file. Also there is load on pub so letting you know if that helps. What strange is that why this underscore file gets created all the time. we are having live issues due to the same,

This sounds like some sort of bug - i am waiting to hear back from support. Its strange however.

As a matter of interest, what is the version of Dispatcher you are using? 4.1.x? or 4.2.x?

Hi Scott, any news on this?  We see cache generated files with underscores with dispatcher 4.2.0......
