Package delete does not uninstall the results of the package.  You must first uninstall the package then delete it to remove its deployed information.This aligns with ability to upload a package and not install it immediately or install it later.Hope this helps.

So the presentation describes that the min:gcc is built into AEM 6.2.  When I fired up my 6.3 environment and looked at Library Manager it still is using min:yui.  Is this an oversight or a preferred default for migrated systems?

Use 7-Zip to add to the archive.  It has been my experience with other 'jar' archives that Windows or other 'zip' technologies can change the file signatures.  7-Zip has always allowed me to add things without breaking the archive.  Please post your result if you use 7-zip.By the way, if you repacka...
