Can we convert from Archetype21 to Archetype47

We are planing to upgrade AEM ArcheType21 to Archetype47. is it possible to convert from 21 to 47

We have recently migrated from 25 to 47. Here are the pointers we had to work on:

• Move the code in right modules based on  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/dev... 
• We are updating dispatcher as separate activity than the remaining project. This module needs in-depth involvement to segregate in right structure and files
• Update dependencies in pom.xml
• You might also have old versions of dependencies like ACS Commons etc. Consider updating them separate from Archtype update
• Update java 8->java 11 as a separate activity
• Also, you might run into Solved: Re: GroupID missing from Bundle Symbolic name - Adobe Experience League Community - 692888

The reason why I am suggesting to execute many upgrades separately is to reduce the number of parameters changing in the system

It is also a good time to investigate and clean up redundant stuff.
