I have been tasked to use Marketo to create a microsite for a client. Is there anyway to use snippets as include files for things like footers and navigations? It seems as though there is very limited functionality with guided landing pages. 

Has anyone had the following issue with regard to AEM:When we make changes to a page and try to publish it, there is a delay in when those changes appear on the live site. It usually takes somewhere around 12 hours.

HI Team ,  I am facing issue with aem modernization tool - all in one conversion - the tool is creating pre modernize version of the page but not updating the structure as per editable template and component rules Has anybody faces this issue before ?
