Preflight update failure

Hello.

Is there server issue? doesn't appear on Adobe Health status page.

However I am unable to have an app/project updating properly in Preflight

Adobe, any known issue tight now?

The problem it's happening yet.

We are working in the darkness without the preflight service.

I would guess the preflight problem you're experiencing is related to today's release. The release isn't supposed to affect preflight, but this seems like an exception. Preflight should work fine in a few hours. Let us know if you're still experiencing problems.

Since November 3rd I've been trying to update contents in my project in Preflight unsuccessfully.

While there have been a couple of minor outages for short periods of time since the last release, you should be able to preflight. There might be a problem with your project. Contact Adobe Support.
