I have the overlay panel in InDesign CC 2015, but no overlays are available. Why?

Hi Louise,

If you're using InDesign CC 2015 you need to install the tools as part of the beta for the new Digital Publishing Solution product. If you want to use the previous Digital Publishing Suite product you have to use an earlier version of InDesign.
