DPS Installation and Sign up

Hello, thanks for your support.

I tried many times to sign up for trail or demo:

Adobe Publish

I filled all fields, but at the end when click on REGISTER, there is no response.

Also, I tried to install plugins to get Portfolio plate to try DPS 2015

But I am not able to get that plate.

Please help to fix these two issues
