I would like to link from an article to a different collection.  Is that possible?

This question relates to choosing color in various layout and card properties. At any point will there be a drop-down to select a color space you are familiar with (CMYK or RGB, for example), enter a color value, and have the Hex Code equivalent present?

I've built an iOS app that has a handful of provisioned devices assigned within the Apple Developer Center. Do I need to build a new app if I want to add additional provisioned devices to the list, or does that just get controlled and pushed from the Developer site?
