Delete option greyed out for Entitlement services and Identity providers

I want to remove old Entitlement services and Identity providers from the portal but the Delete option is greyed out.

I notice that there is a number in brackets (1) beside the services where delete is greyed out and guess this could be the reason.

However, I cannot find any projects that are using these Entitlement or Idp services.

Would recommend to raise a support ticket for this from Adobe Admin Console.
