Trying to review My app on iPad/ any idea? or where is the old content viewer?

Hello,I saw some apps like from Qantas Magazine, Fast Company, etc.When the app is opened, the first thing that I'll see is the company logo with a background as an intro page before the page layout is revealed.How do I add that first page for my app?Thanks

I've got an article (big article, as it has 3 videos embedded in it), that is constantly failing during upload. Just wondering if it's my article, or the platform. Anyone else having any issues?Thanks,Tommy
