Have you tried manually quitting your preflight app? That usually 'clears' it for us. This is definitely a bug since most users won't know to manually quit an app in order to see updates.

Understood. I get it.We're finding that a lot of our retail clients are interested in communication back from their sales team in the field. It would be great to have a 'Contact' banner on browse pages. This way, there isn't a need to drill down into content in order to reach out via email. Make sense....someone....

I'm trying to create a banner that calls up the device email. Ideally, I'd be able to control the subject and body of the email as well. Has anyone done this? Thanks

We actually use the superscript glyph from the typeface. Make sense?

Try typing a superscript registered mark in InDesign...then copy and paste that character directly into the metadata filed in the portal.

If I have two DPS apps on my device, is there a way to link up a button from one to the other? In other words, can I have a button in 'App A' that, when tapped, opens 'App B' and vice versa?

I'll do my best to explain this one. We're having an issue when we update a collection image and card that is appearing in the top level collection. The layout for the tlc of this project is a 10 column grid. For phase 1 of this particular project, when we first publish the collection, this card is full screen with an image that is made custom for that card. For phase 2, we change the card to a 5 column card and update the image for a different crop. Once we publish these updates and update the ...

No...we've tried that as well. Really frustrating. At this point, we're just not going to include the articles in the hamburger menu, which is less than ideal, but we don't see any other way to fix this issue.

goto://ApplicationViewState/library works when accessing the article from the home collection but not when accessing the article from the hamburger menu. And, navto://collection/collection_name works the opposite and also creates a constant loop between that article and the home collection. In other words, once you tap that back button in the article, it takes you back to the home collection and adds the back arrow next to the hamburger menu, which takes you right back to that article. I know it...

Hey Bob,I guess it's a bit hard to explain. The issue is if I have an article in the hamburger menu and that same article in the home collection, I need a button on that article that takes me back to the main browse page that's displayed initially. Right now, I can't get a button to work in both scenarios. The "lastview" works when that article is accessed from the home collection, but does not work when that article is accessed directly from the hamburger menu.

Going to try my best to explain this one...I have an article in both the default collection and the home collection that, of course, resides in the default collection. When I code up a button using goto://FolioNavigation/lastview it works when the article is accessed from the home collection but not when the article is accessed from the default collection (hamburger menu). Conversely, when I code up that same button using navto://collection/iPhone_main it works when the article is accessed from ...

Got it to work. Seems like you have to enter/change something in one of the metadata fields to get the Collection Image to stick.

Not working for us. And, just to be clear, we're having an issue with the Collection Image...not the Background Image. When you say 'touch' something in the metadata, do you mean that we have to change something or just simply click in a box? Just clicking in a box didn't cause the Collection Image to change after hitting DONE.

We have an already published collection that we'd like to change the collection image for. We are able to change the image in the Collection Properties Images tab, but once we click DONE, the change doesn't stick. For what it's worth, we've also tried to change an image for an unpublished collection as well...same thing happens.Any suggestions?
