upgrade AEM Forms 6.5.12 to latest SP 14

we're trying to upgrade from 6.5.12 to latest SP14 that was recently released and unsure which files to download/install.  we're using windows server 2019

in the attachment, which of the 3 do we need?

AEM Forms J2EE - it needs an application server like jboss/websphere

AEM Forms OSGI

Yes, if you're using AEM Forms JEE, then the installers highlighted by you should be installed subject to the case you're using JBoss + windows.

In case you're using any other application server then download the relevant JEE patch, i.e, AEMForms-6.5.0-0052_xxxx_win.

@dtran2022 jboss_win is for patching jee side while add on and SP is for OSgi(uploaded via pkg manager)

I don't need this: AEM 6.5 Service Pack 14 (333 MB)?

@dtran2022 if you have  jee with CRX installed you need all 3 else just jee
