Through adobe serivces pdf generations is taking more than 2 days. can you please help

i am trying to generate the pdf through Ui. we are using adobe process in workbench. pdf generations is getting delay it almost taking 2 days.

We may need the server logs to identify the cause of the delay but still, it shouldn't take 2 days!

The data is huge it about 1500 pages and templates is one page it is dynamically it will go upto 1500 pages

@swaroop1958233 pdf of 1500 pages is not a daunting task but XML may be and I am surprised that the server didn't time out. Have you logged a support case already? Do attach the procmon screenshot along with it

we have increased the timeout so time out is not happening.

@swaroop1958233 There is something fundamentally wrong increasing the timeout doesn't fix the problem just delays it. You might have to revisit the solution and check if this is something with the design or product.

Did you check entropy of the servers to ensure sufficient resources are available for PDF generation
