I have a form with several tables. The PDF Generated using

com.adobe.aemds.guide.addon.dor.DoRService

is ugly. See attached snippet.Table headings

Note I am new to this.

Suggestions?

Other team members have suggested Forms and tables are ugly to use.

Can you try with a simple table with 4 columns and see if that is generated correctly in the DoR

you can use the Preview DoR feature in the AF

Btw- how many columns in your table? And what is your cell

type in the columns

Can you do this _without_ a workflow with 8 columns? with @reference private DoRService dorService;

what happens when you click on generate Preview  from the DoR tab using the UI from the Adaptive Form itself

you do not need to have workflow

I wasn't aware of this. Thanks for the pointer. I created artifacts manually in the DAM (following a co-workers commits). I will delete those and try again through the UI.

Initially it failed because I already tried manually adding nodes in the dam. the error indicates that the installation of AEM Forms is not compelet. Did you install the approrpriate RPM's as mentioned in the AEM Forms install doc?

yum install expat curl uuid libXext nss-softokn-freebl fontconfig libICE openssl libicu libX11 libXinerama freetype libXau libXrandr zlib glibc libSM libxcb libXrender

I noticed this...Do I need this? (PDF Generator only ) Install the 32-bit version of libcurl, libcrypto, and libssl libraries and create the below symlinks. The symlinks point to the latest version of the respective libraries: /usr/lib/libcurl.so /usr/lib/libcrypto.so /usr/lib/libssl.so

I added a bunch more. Seems to be working now. (expat.i686 libxcb.i686 freetype.i686 libXau.i686 libSM.i686 zlib.i686 libICE.i686 libuuid.i686 glibc.i686 libXext.i686 nss-softokn-freebl.i686 fontconfig.i686 libX11.i686 libXrender.i686 libXrandr.i686 libXinerama.i686 ). Thank You. Now to customize the actual XDP so it's not ugly
