You can send the form for signing using Adobe sign to all the users specified in the formbut you cannot create individual assign task to the users specified in the form

also when you assign to a group, one of the group members will have to claim the task. It will not be like a task is assigned to all the members of the group

Re: Using Assign Task Workflow step for Emails in Dynamic... GirishBedekar - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
you will have to implement the getPArticipant method and in that method you will have to create an AEM user group. In that group, you will have to add the users identified by the email entered in the form. This group can then be used to in the assign task step

Re: Combining PDF Attachments with DDX, then send separat... GirishBedekar - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
As a workaround have two repeating panel’s. The first panel you can allow users to add a maximum of say 12 attachments In the second panel they can add another 8 attachments and submit the form this is working for me

You will need to change the parameter in the workflow step to reflect your attachment element

Suggest you use your xdp template as the basis for your adaptive form and use adobe sign for signature the scribble signature cannot be transferred to the DoR from the html rendition of xdp

If you have rendered the xdp in html format and the functionality is not working then it is also the expected behavior The documentation lists the supported events when you render xdp in html format

Re: Combining PDF Attachments with DDX, then send separat... GirishBedekar - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
I recommend you to use a panel and in that panel let your users add the attachment. One file onlymake that panel repeatable so when the user submits the form grab the data.xml That holds your submitted data and iterate through the panels and create your ddx accordingly
