which property is being mapped to asset matadata DAM:fileformat in update_asset workflow?

The dam:Fileformat metadata is created in AEM after uploading an image in DAM. We are facing an issue with this dam:Fileformat metadata missing some images(like format .eps). So we need to find that attribute of image which is mapped with this property(dam:Fileformat).

We are assuming that out of the box workflow will read this property from the image and create a metadata called as dam:Fileformat.

We have analyzed dam update asset workflow. As part of analysis we have gone through below jar file which is being used in workflow. We could not found property which is being mapped  to dam:Fileformat after upload.

Could any one help me for finding that property in update asset workflow?
