svg assets in AEM 6.2

1. AEM 6.2 author/publish server are serving SVG asset as attachment.

It adds in the response header

E.g.

                http://localhost:4502/etc/clientlibs/topcoat/img/hamburger_dark.svg

It will allow you to download this asset instead of displaying it on browser

This problem is noted in 6.1 as well whereas 5.5 doesn't have this issue.

Is the url correct? Why would an asset be served from the clientlibs folder?

What are the headers when you request via content/dam?
