OOTB assets report is not working

I'm facing the issue in generating the report under tools --> assets --> report. When I try to generate the report for the type upload/modification after clicked the create button it showing the popup job has been initiated but in the list not showing the generated report. Its working as expected for type expiration/download. 

 

please suggest if anyone faced the similar issue.

Hi @user65294 

I tried and it's able to generate the report. Are you using any custom columns criteria in generating report? Have you checked the logs whether the report generation is successful or not?

    Earlier its worked without any issue. Now its working in QA and test but not working production .

      @user65294 Can you please share the following:

      1. AEM Version

      2. Browser name/version

      3. Error logs snapshot

      4. Your access level

      5. Can you try the same steps using IP (instead of domain)

        AEM version 6.5.18

        Chrome browser.

        The same issue is not able to replicate in  QA and test.
