Netcentric AC Tool - Download Dump giving null result

Avatar

Community Advisor

Hi AEM Community,

I have just installed packages for AC Tool and Oak Index File on RDE environment in AEMaaCS.

However, on the AC Tool configuration page at /aem/mnt/overlay/netcentric/actool/content/overview.html, I am getting the below issue-

The downloaded dump is displaying null.

When trying the same on local cloud SDK it is working fine, the downloaded dump contains OTB group & acl configurations -

Is there any step that I am missing?

The same repo is being deployed on local SDK and the artifacts of same are being pushed on RDE via aio-cli plugin.

Thanks,

Rohan Garg

Hi All,

The issue was w.r.t access. I got the below 403 forbidden error when running aem:rde:status

This meant that the login had expired.

I signed into RDE by gitbash and was asked to login again.

Note - I was signed in to 2 different Orgs at the same time.

The 403 came as a result of the forbidden access from one org id to another.
