Is there a way to allow Brand Portal download file size larger than 5 GB, using link share?

We need to share some 5 video of 2 Gb each.

But we got an error with no infomation ... (should be you file is more than 5GB)

Anyway there is a way to inrease brand portal capacity to manage bigger files?

Hi @AlexBorgo 

There are very limited customization options available related to download in Brand Portal. You can configure Aspera Connect for faster downloads but I do not see any option to increase file size limit.

You can try creating an Adobe Support ticket to check further on this.
