Getting noreply@day.com email notification on Wrkflow Complete

1. Validated Day CQ Workflow Email Notification Service OSGI configuration - Notify on Complete option disabled and From Email Address updated as no-reply@XYZ.com but still we are getting OOTB email notification from  noreply@day.com. Please refer attached screenshot.

Hi, were you able to find a solution for this? We have been receiving workflow completion emails from noreply@day.com and we're unable to figure out where the configuration lies.
