External parties can access Brand Portal without Adobe Credentials

Hi all,
     In Brand Portal how to share the URL to external parties they want to drag & drop the images (without credentials) is it possible?

@Prasath_Pintoo External users can't drag-drop assets in Brand portal without requesting access. Once they request, an admin has to approve the access to grand permissions within the system.
