AEM as a Cloud Service with Dynamic Media

Avatar

Level 1

I have set up Dynamic Media for an AEM as a Cloud Service instance and can generate renditions and smart crops. With previous instances of AEM 6.x, if you select a dynamic rendition, a button appears to generate a static URL or RESS script for the rendition. This is no longer there for AEMaaCS, has this been moved or needs to be configured? I can't seem to find any documentation on this change.

Kindly make sure the selected asset and image preset or viewer preset are published to make the URL or RESS buttons available. This functionality related to Dynamic Media is similar in AEM as a Cloud Service instance as compared to regular AEM on-prem/ams instance.

@TB3dock  - Did you find a way to do this? I was going through https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/assets/dynamic-media/dynamic-media-... but don't see a documentation on connecting AEM as Cloud Service instance with Dynamic Media and generate desired renditions.

Update: I found this - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/dynamicmedia... but feel free to add more
