Not able to send private messages - Error highlighted in red

Hello Community members, 

Has anyone facing below issues in private messages window in experience league community? Not able to send or reply to any messages 

Not sure if there is limitation on messages.

Hi @Gokul_Agiwal -- This error appears after you've tried to send too many direct messages within a set timeframe. It's essentially to prevent spam. Below are some added detail around the rules: 

A user can't send more than 1 private messages in 30 seconds.

A user can't send more than 5 private messages in 600 seconds (10 minutes)

A user can't send more than 20 private messages in 3600 seconds (1 hour)
