I have a client that for internal seeding of emails that go external in production, there are two profiles per a few individuals. This was caused do to uploading a CSV where the name was in Caps while the profile that already existed had the names in lower case. If I want to blend the profiles so only the Caps version remains, what is the best way to do that? I probably have 10 profiles like this. And how do I prevent this from happening again? Is there a way to load profiles or create profiles so capitalization of names does matter? Thank you, Andrew
